Properties: White rhombic prismatic crystal or crystalline powder. Furanose type and pyranose type exist at the same time. The sugar is the sweetest. Very easy to deliquesce. It is easily soluble in water and hot acetone, 1G is soluble in 15ml ethanol, 14ml methanol, soluble in pyridine, ethylamine and methylamine, and slightly soluble in cold acetone.
