Analysis and Application of Printers

Printer History

The theory of inkjet printers was invented in the late 1960s and it was not until the 1970s that it produced the world's first commercial inkjet printer. Before the 1990s, only a few countries, such as the United States, France, Britain, and Japan, could produce such printers. Since 1992. The first domestic manufacturer of inkjet printers has ended the monopoly of foreign products.

Small character jet printer

The ink jet printer uses ink to deflect the ink out of the normal flight path by means of electrified deflection and shoots on the surface of the work object. The charge of the ink drop is used to control the position of each ink drop. Normally, ink droplets only change in the vertical direction, and the printed objects and nozzles must be moved relative to each other to form the data we want to print.

The printer ID has the following advantages:

1. Non-contact

Because it is jetted ink, it does not need direct contact with the surface of the work object and will not damage the surface of the printed material.

2. Fast

Taking the production of soft drinks Coke as an example, it can reach more than 1,000 bottles per minute.

3. Easy to edit and modify the contents of printing materials

Because it is computer control data, it can easily change data. Data content such as date and time, serial number, and lot number can be added to the data content.

3. The application of a wide range of surface materials

The jet printer has a variety of different inks to choose from, whether it is paper, plastic, metal, glass, hard surface or soft and fragile surface can get a good jet printing effect.
