The value of the roller allowance is the difference between the distance between the shoulders of the drum and the distance between the non-gap at the notch. This value is a reflection of the comprehensive accuracy of the machine. It includes the wall plate, bearing, roller processing and installation. Accuracy, but also with the size of the printing pressure. Due to the existence of the relinquish value, the axis of the drum changes from a straight line to a curve, thus causing the eccentric operation of the drum (not counting the eccentricity of its own processing), thereby causing periodic impact, ie, vibration.

Machine vibration not only affects the accuracy and life of the machine, but also affects the quality of printed products. This kind of vibration has no harm. It must be controlled to a minimum, so you must reduce the value of the allowance. For an already installed machine, the most effective way to reduce the value of relinquishing is to reduce the printing pressure, but the printing pressure cannot be arbitrarily reduced.
