1. Lubrication Management
Lubrication management is an important part of printing equipment management. Without scientific management methods, the normal lubrication of printing equipment cannot be guaranteed. Personnel who are specifically responsible for lubrication management must master the knowledge of the correct use of lubricating materials, the amount of oil used is accurate, the method of refueling is appropriate, the oil is changed in time, and the transportation and storage are properly kept. The specific methods of strengthening lubrication management are as follows:
1) Establish a sound lubrication management organization. Lubrication of general printing equipment is in charge of the equipment department, with full-time lubrication technical staff in charge, coordinated by the supply department and inspection department.
2) Establish a sound management system for printing equipment lubrication. Such as the procurement system of lubricating materials, the management of oil depots and the safety and fire prevention system, etc., clarify the responsibilities and implement them to the people.
3) Strict procurement management. Purchasing personnel are required to be familiar with printing equipment as well as the performance characteristics of lubricating materials, and then consult with the lubricating material production unit before purchasing suitable lubricating materials.
4) Strictly check the acceptance. The oil depot of the printing plant must establish a strict acceptance system for oil products.
5) Avoid oil pollution by dust, sand and water during storage.
6) Proper distribution and use. To prepare oil cards for printing equipment, use and distribute oil products based on the lubrication cards. Refueling personnel should pay attention to check the mark outside the oil container, and must filter. Adhere to regular oil changes, oil sample testing should be strictly implemented in accordance with the lubrication card.
In short, only by strengthening management, strictly implementing various rules and regulations, and achieving five determinations (fixed person refueling, regular oil change, fixed point refueling, fixed quality oil selection, and quantitative oil use) can we guarantee good lubrication and normal operation of printing equipment.
2. Oil change cycle
When the printing equipment runs for a certain period of time to reach the oil change deadline, it must be updated. In order to reduce costs, some printing plants often extend the oil change cycle. However, they do not know that the lubricating oil that has reached the deadline has reached the prescribed limit in performance and technical indicators. Continued use will negatively affect the equipment. The cost of oil is much greater.
Other units are used after sedimentation of waste oil. Although the precipitation can filter out most of the sludge, moisture and mechanical impurities in the waste oil, other indicators of oil products have not improved, and the indicators should be tested before use. If it is within the normal range, it can continue to be used, otherwise it must be recycled; even if it can be used, the period should be shortened, and the quality of the oil must be checked at any time.
Such frequent inspections and oil changes are also potential for the wear of related machinery, and the combined human and material resources are not necessarily cost-effective. Therefore, all new oil should be replaced by the oil change cycle. For high-end printing equipment, it should be The safest way.
When referring to oil changes, waste oil treatment must be emphasized. The replaced waste oil must not simply be dumped, buried in the earth, or burned as fuel, which is not conducive to environmental protection. It is better to store and sort the waste oil by classification, and finally send it to the waste oil regeneration station to turn it into treasure and increase economic benefits.
