Material Details:

About painting:
We adopt full-automation painting production line ,we paint for the following three steps .
First, grit blasting to make the metal attach the paint more easily .
Second ,power coating for two times , one is White bottom powder ,the other is the colors you need .
Third , we use the baker to heat the painting at temperature of 320 degree centigrade for 30miniutes to ensure the paint to be glossy and durable.

Packing:
Bubble bag packing the backrest and chair leg first, Then packing by plastic bag to avoid the hit.

Payment:
T/T, 30% Deposit to be paid before produce, pay balance upon seeing the copy of B/L.
