Middle school students invent smart medicine bottle with voice function

In daily life, the elderly are often seen as a result of the deterioration of their eyesight and memory. When there is no help, they sometimes get inadvertently because they cannot see or forget the name of the medicine, the method of administration, the dosage, and the taboos, and thus delay the illness and cause adverse consequences. Therefore, I designed and produced a smart bottle with voice function that can solve the above problem.

The invention is designed and produced by the Walkman recording function. It is mainly composed of 5 parts: ISDl810 voice chip, recording microphone, speaker, recording and playback switch, and battery. Recording microphones, recording and playback switches are mounted on the bottle caps, and other parts are assembled in the caps.

When the invention is used, first press recording (red) switch to start recording, such as: "Heart and brain Kang, three times a day, each time four ..." Release the recording switch, the recording ends. Tap the playback (black) switch before taking the medicine to start playing the previously recorded speech. This accurately tells elderly patients with impaired vision and memory to take the correct medication. In addition, the invention can also solve the difficulty of medication for the blind or due to language barriers to the patients. For example, for imported drugs, the translated medicine names and methods of administration can be recorded in advance.

From the current design of the product, due to the large size of the battery supply, it appears that the volume of the entire product is too large, which is not applicable to some smaller vials. This is the main problem that we need to solve in the future design. In addition, in order to make our products more reasonable and practical, we not only need a functional single-purpose vial, but also hope to design a versatile intelligent bottle that can prompt patients to take medication on time, making our products more perfect.

【Works Review】 This project uses ISD1810 voice chip and voice processing circuit to design intelligent bottle with voice function. Its design uses common materials, low cost, simple production, easy operation, automatic power saving function, low power Consumption and other advantages, can be reused, high practical value.
