1. Cause analysis

The brake motor torque shaft end is equipped with a brake holding brake. The end of the paper conveyor clutch shaft is also equipped with a brake holding brake. Its function is to prevent the paper stacking table from being lifted into position due to inertia and to ensure the balance of transmission torque. If the brake is too tightly adjusted or there is debris in the inner ring of the brake, the load of the automatic micro-lift mechanism and the paper feed drive will be increased, that is, the load between the ratchet, the pawl and each drive shaft will be increased. When the load exceeds the maximum load that the universal joint can withstand, the universal joint pin is broken.

2. Solution
