Determination of nicarbazine content by HPLC

Chromatographic conditions: The analysis was performed on an Agela Venusil MP C18 column (4.6 × 250 mm, 5 μm particle size, 100 Å pore size, Order No.: VA952505-0). The mobile phase consisted of a mixture of methanol and water in the ratio of 85:15 (v/v). The flow rate was set at 1.0 mL/min, and the column temperature was maintained at 30°C throughout the run. Detection was carried out at a wavelength of 360 nm using a UV detector. A sample volume of 20 μL was injected into the system. The sample was prepared as a water-soluble solution with a concentration of 1 ppm. This method ensures good resolution and sensitivity for the target compound under these specific conditions. The parameters were optimized to provide reliable and reproducible results for the quantitative analysis of the compound in aqueous solutions.
