High and low temperature low pressure test chamber requirements for the structure and appearance of the box
The high and low temperature low pressure test chamber must meet specific structural and aesthetic requirements to ensure reliable performance and safety during testing. First, the inner walls of the chamber should be constructed from materials that are heat-resistant, resistant to oxidation and corrosion, and possess sufficient mechanical strength to withstand repeated thermal cycles.
Second, the insulation material used in the chamber must be capable of withstanding both high and low temperatures while also being flame-retardant for added safety. The thickness of the insulation layer should be carefully designed so that the external surface of the test chamber does not exceed 50°C under normal ambient conditions (15°C to 35°C) and relative humidity below 85%. Under these conditions, there should be no visible condensation on the exterior.
Third, the heating and cooling systems must be positioned in a way that prevents direct radiation onto the test samples, ensuring uniform temperature distribution and accurate test results. A transparent observation window and an internal lighting system are essential to allow operators to monitor the test process without interrupting it.
Fourth, all auxiliary devices and internal components of the test chamber must be made from non-contaminating materials to maintain air purity inside the chamber. This is especially important when testing sensitive electronic or biological samples. The door sealing strip must remain flexible even at low temperatures to prevent loss of sealing effectiveness.
Fifth, the refrigeration system's piping must be completely sealed and leak-proof to avoid any oil or refrigerant leakage, which could damage the test environment or pose safety risks. Additionally, the test chamber should be equipped with a dedicated wiring port to accommodate electrical connections without compromising the chamber’s integrity.
Regarding the appearance, the coating on the outer surface should be smooth, even, and uniformly colored, with no signs of peeling, blistering, or scratches. Lastly, the chamber should include a sample holder to support or suspend test samples properly, ensuring they are placed correctly for accurate environmental exposure.
