U.S. launches plastic packaging machinery cleaning materials

Techsperse PM of Tennessee, USA, has introduced Techsperse PMI570E4, a compounding material for plastic processing machinery cleaning. According to reports, the material can be applied to most plastic processing equipment, and the cleaning of special materials can improve the replacement speed between different colors and various raw materials in production.


Techsperse PM1570E4 can be used to clean various plastic processing equipment from injection molding machines to film extruders, wire coating machines and plastic compounding machines. This special compounding material is mainly composed of carrier resin polyethylene and cleaning agent, which has good cleaning effect and can even clean the degradable plastic and cross-linked plastic on the screw, barrel and die head. The working conditions for the cleaning agent are general screw speeds and the cleaning temperature is 190-230 degrees Celsius.
