For good products and technologies, our people are not far behind. Based on the successful experience of can coating, we have developed a 200-liter steel drum coated iron production line in China. The width of the laminating equipment can meet the demand of 200 liter steel drum. There are many, most of them used in other industries such as building materials. At present, we have successfully tried the steel drum industry. The first batch of steel drum coated iron has completed the trial production of steel drums. The next step is to promote the application, because he completely overturned the steel drums we have produced for centuries. Processing technology and technology are a qualitative leap and a good opportunity for the steel barrel industry to integrate. Because the steel drum is produced by printing iron or coated iron, there is no painting process in the production process, and the pollution source is fundamentally eliminated. However, there are new requirements for the processing of steel drums. To change the current horizontal processing equipment of more than 95% as a vertical equipment, in order to reduce the scratch on the surface, the product equipment is rotated at the same time as a process scheme in which only the equipment rotates and the product does not move. Therefore, this is a long-term green project that benefits the country and the people. It requires constant efforts and innovation from our barrel makers.
