Precautions for use

(1) Do not open the packaging of PUR hot melt adhesive before use.

(2) When using, the package must be completely removed to prevent the residual package from entering the glue pot and plugging the hose.

(3) The preheating box pressure plate can only be opened when the glue is applied.

(4) Ensure that the PUR hot melt adhesive is injected into the rubber pan after the end of the adjustment and preparation work.

(5) Minimize the preheating time and strictly control the preheating temperature.

(6) The optimum temperature of the workshop is 22-35 ° C, and the optimum humidity is 50%-80%.

(7) The use temperature of each component is as follows: preheating the rubber pot is 80-100 ° C, the hose is 110-120 ° C, and the glue-coated plastic pot is 120-135 ° C. The temperature can be adjusted according to different binding equipment and PUR hot melt adhesive models.

(8) The amount of glue in the glue tank should be as small as possible.

(9) After the spine treatment, the napped hair should be uniform, and the pulling depth should not be less than 0.1mm.

(10) One of the rubber wheels has a temperature of 130 ° C, a distance from the back of the book is 0.2 to 0.3 mm, and the thickness of the rubber layer is 0.3 to 0.4 mm; the temperature of the other rubber wheel is 130 ° C, and the distance from the back of the book is 0.7 to 1.0 mm. The thickness of the rubber layer is 0.8 to 1.1 mm; the temperature of the rubberizing wheel is 150 ° C, the distance from the back of the book is 0.3 to 0.5 mm, and the thickness of the rubber layer is 0.3 to 0.5 mm.

(11) Avoid touching and moving books before cutting.

(12) After the thin book is glued and placed for 3 hours, the book is cut, and the thick book is placed on the glue for 10 to 24 hours before the book is cut.

(13) After the book is glued for 1 hour, the quality of the book can be checked initially, and after 8 hours, the book will be in good condition after 24 hours.

(14) If the machine is stopped for more than 8 hours, the PUR hot melt adhesive in the glue tank must be emptied. If the production is stopped for a long time, the PUR hot melt adhesive should be completely cleaned out from the production line with a special cleaning agent for PUR hot melt adhesive.

(15) The PUR hot melt adhesive in the preheated rubber pot must be used within 2 weeks.

(16) When stopping, stop heating the PUR hot melt adhesive.

(17) When the lunch and dinner time must be stopped for 1 hour, the temperature of the PUR hot melt adhesive should be lowered to 70-90 °C.
