New Generation of Pellet Binders Successfully Developed

A high-strength, waterproof/tidal pellet binder, which was successfully developed and put into production in January 2004 by the Sanmenxia Yuanwang Chemical Plant in Henan Province.
The binder produces pellets with high hot and cold strength, waterproof, moisture-proof and synergistic performance, strong crush resistance during transportation and handling, and low production cost of pellets. The agent also improves the roasting temperature of the pellets. It has less slagging and high efficiency in the smelting process, which greatly improves the iron grade and reducibility of the pellets.
The prominent feature of this product is moisture-proof and hydrophobic, which solves for the first time the difficult problem of loose and broken water in ball pellets. This changed the past that only the front of the furnace processing, the use of the situation before the furnace, so that pellets can be stacked, stored, transported in the open air, greatly reducing the storage and storage costs, and improve the economic efficiency of enterprises. The adhesive has a wide range of applications and can also be used for forming and granulation of metal and non-metal powders such as copper powder, aluminum powder, nickel powder, and lead scrap, zinc scrap machine quartz powder, and sediment mud.
