Malaysia researches frozen packaging technology to achieve durian export

The result of this research is to enable Malaysia's durian to be shipped or airlifted to overseas markets before it is ripe.

The best way to say it now to Malaysia is to export the durian when it is 90% mature, and it is best to have no pungent odor. Researchers revealed that this technique monitors durian maturity at flowering. After 90 days, the orchard owner can collect and can immediately export.

This method can ensure that the fruit does not have a strong flavor when it is exported, and it can make the export durian without any problems. However, such packed durians need to be thawed for 4 hours before they are eaten.
