Fire equipment is not sound. Some printing companies did not set up necessary firefighting facilities in accordance with the regulations. In particular, individual printing plants are particularly serious in this regard: Some printing plants have fire-fighting facilities on the production site but are blocked by stacked book or semi-finished products. It is extremely inconvenient to access them: Some fire protection facilities of the printing factories have never been overhauled, fire fighting facilities have no obvious signs, and it is difficult to find them during emergencies and delay fires. Almost impossible to use, like a virtual one; fire-fighting facilities are the necessary guarantee for enterprises to prevent fires, reduce losses, and protect property and employees' production. The imperfections of fire-fighting facilities are terrible, and emergency situations will be caught off-guard and regretted.

Paper. Cardboard, semi-finished products and finished books are densely stacked. One of the hardest lessons of forest fires was the absence of forest barriers, that is, leaving a strip of open space at a certain location in a forest to stop the spread of fire. The paper and its products in the printing factory are flammable, and space should be left in a certain range, so that the loss can be reduced in the event of a fire. However, some printers stack paper, cardboard, and their products densely, which is difficult to extinguish in the event of a fire.

Electricity hidden potential accidents. Some wires are seriously worn out and aging, and even some places have bare cores; some circuit fuses are replaced with steel wire; some processes are overloaded with electricity, and even use electric furnaces in the workshop; some wires are from cartons If you pass through, if the wire sparks, it will have serious consequences.

Parts of the printing machine where guards should be installed are not installed. The mechanical guard is a necessary protective device to prevent accidents. However, some parts of the guard that are supposed to be installed do not appear to be installed. The reason is that individual operators suspect that the guard is obstructed and the operation is inconvenient. It is deliberately removed. According to reports, in a printing factory of about a thousand people, five workers were crippled by imprinting rollers, rubber rollers, cutting knives, etc. of the printing machinery in the middle of the decade, and they lost their fingers or an arm.

Illegal operation. Many accidents were caused by illegal operations. According to observations, the current phenomenon of illegal operation in some processes is worrying: Take out the obstacles on the conveyor belt by hand when the machine is operating at high speed; When the bell is turned on, the other workers on the same platform are injured and the machine started is crushing. The female worker wears a high-heeled shoe and does not wear a working cap on the machine. Emphasis on education, improve the system, prevent accidents

Conduct safety education. Before a new employee of a printing company takes up his job, he must perform three levels of safety education at the factory level, workshop level, and team level, and the three-level safety education period must not be less than 40 hours. The contents of safety education for new employees include safety laws, regulations, general safety technologies, factory safety systems, and cases of work-related accidents, as well as education on post-safety operation procedures and correct use of labor safety protective articles. . Managers of printing companies should also receive no less than 40 credit hours of safety education.

There is no safety inspector. As early as 1995, the Ministry of Labor issued a notice on the “Administrative Measures on Labour Safety and Health Inspectors”, which stipulated that labor safety and health inspectors are administrative law enforcement personnel that are legally assigned by the labor administrative department. At that time, the company's workshops and teams were also equipped with security personnel to take charge of the company's daily security work. In the past few years, some companies have abolished the safety personnel. Some of them even exist in the name of nothingness and do not play any role. The system of security officers should be reaffirmed. Security personnel should be provided for every shift and every procedure in a printing company. The main duties of the safety officer are to supervise and inspect the safety production situation, have the power to stop and order the correction of unsafe behaviors and phenomena, report the hidden dangers to the relevant departments and persons in charge, and participate in the investigation and handling of accidents.

Establishing and improving the safety production system is very necessary for printing companies. The security system is the guarantee for the business development of the company and is the basis for taking preventive measures. Each procedure must be combined with actual conditions to formulate a system, and quantitatively decompose the contents of safety production, implement a safety target management responsibility system, and sign a responsibility statement. Different jobs require different safety practices. Posted on the job site and often checked. It is necessary to implement mutual supervision of production safety and discover the signs of timely reminders. It is necessary to establish statistics and reporting systems for production safety and publish statistical information in a timely manner.

Do not place flammable or inflammable materials near the fire source. The worn and aged wires should be repaired and replaced in time. Supervision and inspection are the most effective means of safe production and must be persisted without slacking.

"Strict" is the first word to win the award. The losses caused by the accident are ruthless and cruel. Therefore, safety work must be “stricken” in order to strengthen management. After the accident, it must be dealt with in accordance with the principle of "three no-misses", that is, the cause of the accident is not left undisclosed. The main responsible person is not punished accordingly and realizes that his fault is not left behind, and the accident occurs. The unit did not propose new rectification measures. For the unit where the accident occurred, the responsibility of the person in charge of the unit must be investigated.
