Adithya Convention Center
The Adithya Convention Center is an impressive complex featuring five banquet halls, one main hall, a large lawn, and underground parking. It can host over 5,000 people at once. The entrance gate is designed with a precast structure, while the exterior landscape and facade feature glazing and laser-cut patterns to enhance its visual appeal. The interior is decorated with elegant white-based designs that complement the space.
Marks Engineering-Machine Shop
This high-end industrial building spans 90,000 sq. ft. in Annur, Coimbatore, and is used for machinery installation and testing. It features an "A" type roof, well-planned landscaping, and an RCC-finished office with a canteen that serves around 100 people. The building’s elevation uses a coordinated color scheme to enhance its aesthetic appeal.
Kumaran Mahal
Vesta Architects designed this multi-purpose hall on a 7.5-acre site in Kovilpalayam, Coimbatore. The complex includes a banquet hall, dining area, and kitchen, capable of hosting up to 2,000 guests. Open parking, scenic views, and a central courtyard contribute to the overall experience, making it a versatile event space.
Mr. Mylsamy’s Residence
This contemporary home was designed to offer both comfort and aesthetic appeal. The entrance features a Buddha statue and a water body surrounded by greenery. Natural stone walls and open floor plans create a welcoming atmosphere. The house includes formal and informal living areas, two bedrooms on the ground floor, and additional bedrooms upstairs, all benefiting from natural light and ventilation.
The Echo Point – Aavaas
Located near Coimbatore International Airport, The Echo Point – Aavaas offers luxury living with seven residential units. Each unit is thoughtfully designed with open layouts and ample natural light. The surrounding landscape and views add to the serene environment, making it an ideal place for those who value comfort and aesthetics.
The Echo Point – Nivasan Plaza
The Echo Point – Nivasan Plaza is a large commercial and residential complex built on 1.5 acres near the airport. Its modern glass facade creates a striking visual presence. The open-plan layout encourages natural light and ventilation, while the surrounding greenery adds to the peaceful ambiance. This development is a perfect blend of functionality and elegance.
