The integrated resistance furnace is designed with advanced domestic technology, featuring a sturdy construction made from high-quality steel plates that are folded and welded to ensure durability. The control box and the furnace body are seamlessly integrated, eliminating the need for complex installation by the user. The inner furnace lining is a rectangular, monolithic structure composed of high-aluminum and silicon carbide refractory materials, offering excellent heat resistance and stability.
Inside the furnace, a spiral heating element made from iron-chromium-aluminum alloy wire is carefully placed into the upper, lower, left, and right grooves of the inner lining, ensuring even heat distribution and efficient operation. The furnace features a sealed design, with lightweight refractory materials used for the furnace mouth and door bricks. An insulation layer consisting of refractory fiber and expanded perlite is installed between the inner furnace and the outer shell, enhancing thermal efficiency and reducing heat loss.
Equipped with an over-temperature alarm system, this furnace ensures safety during experiments by automatically shutting down when the temperature exceeds the set limit. The user-friendly interface includes a dual-screen display with high-brightness digital readouts, making it easy to monitor and adjust the temperature settings. The industrial PID self-tuning control technology allows for precise temperature regulation, ensuring consistent performance across various applications.
The furnace door is mounted on the panel using a hinge mechanism, providing smooth and flexible opening and closing. When closing, simply turn the handle and secure the door with the hook, allowing it to align tightly with the furnace mouth. To open, rotate the handle and release the hook, enabling the door to be positioned on the left side for convenient access.
A thermocouple is inserted through a dedicated hole in the furnace wall and secured with a fixing seat, ensuring accurate temperature measurement throughout the process. This all-in-one design makes the furnace ideal for laboratories and industrial settings where reliability, safety, and ease of use are essential. With its compact structure and advanced control system, this integrated resistance furnace delivers high performance while minimizing operational complexity.
