The integrated resistance furnace is designed with advanced domestic technology, featuring a sturdy structure made from high-quality steel plates that are folded and welded for durability. The control box is seamlessly integrated with the furnace body, eliminating the need for complex installation by the user. This design not only simplifies setup but also enhances overall stability and efficiency.
Inside, the furnace is lined with a rectangular integral structure composed of high-aluminum and silicon carbide refractory materials, ensuring excellent heat retention and thermal resistance. A spiral heating element made from iron-chromium-aluminum alloy wire is carefully embedded into the upper, lower, left, and right grooves of the inner lining, providing uniform and efficient heating across the chamber.
The furnace features a sealed construction, with the furnace mouth and door bricks made from lightweight refractory materials to reduce thermal loss. An insulation layer composed of refractory fiber and expanded perlite is installed between the inner furnace and the outer shell, offering superior thermal protection while maintaining a safe operating environment.
Equipped with an over-temperature alarm system, the furnace ensures safety during operation. The control panel includes a user-friendly menu interface, along with industrial PID self-tuning technology for precise temperature regulation. A dual-screen digital display provides clear and intuitive readings, making it easy to monitor and adjust the temperature settings in real time.
The furnace is also equipped with a programmable temperature controller that allows for custom temperature profiles. It includes an independent temperature limit alarm that automatically cuts off power when the temperature exceeds the set threshold, preventing damage and ensuring the safety of your experiments.
The furnace door is hinged to the main panel and can be easily opened or closed. When closing, simply turn the handle to secure the door using the built-in hook mechanism. To open, rotate the handle to release the hook, allowing the door to be moved to the left side for convenient access.
A thermocouple is inserted through a dedicated hole on the furnace wall and securely fixed in place using a mounting bracket, ensuring accurate and stable temperature measurement throughout the process.
