Over the past few years, our company has seen significant expansion, and this quarter has only confirmed that trend. Packaging Innovations Show 2013

The Packaging Innovations Show was a huge success this year, and it's clear that the event is growing in popularity. At the Business Design Centre in London, suppliers and designers from across the UK showcased their latest packaging solutions. Our team was there too, introducing the Kite AirShock — a durable air pouch designed to protect everything from delicate china to large bathroom fixtures.

The response was incredible. Many visitors took home custom samples to test in their own offices. We're now considering offering a standard range of AirShock pouches online soon. More updates to come in the new year!

Award Wins

September was a standout month for us, as we received two major awards. First, we were named "Outstanding Company" by Plimsoll, a financial analytics firm, in recognition of our strong performance and growth. That was a real honor, and we’re grateful to our customers for their continued support.

Then, we were thrilled to win the 'Premier Supplier' award from Eaton Corporation, a global power management leader. This is the seventh time we've won the award, making us the only supplier worldwide to achieve this milestone. It's a proud moment for the whole team!

New Website Design

Last week, we launched a completely redesigned website, featuring improved usability and a fresh look. The Kite Online team worked hard on this project, and we're really happy with the positive feedback from our customers.

New features include an intelligent search bar that predicts what you're looking for and allows you to search by size. This makes finding the right product easier than ever. We're continuing to improve the site, with more enhancements coming soon to make your shopping experience even smoother.

New Trucks

Our Swindon branch recently invested in a new Wagon and Drag truck, which has a massive 112 cubic meter capacity — almost double that of a standard 18-tonne truck. This is part of our commitment to sustainability, as these vehicles help reduce CO2 emissions in line with our ISO1400 targets.

The new truck will support our Just-In-Time and Direct-to-Line delivery services, helping the Swindon branch grow its client base. We're planning to roll out more of these trucks across the UK in the near future.

New Buildings for Further Growth

Our Sheffield branch is expanding again, moving to a larger location in Rotherham to accommodate a 50% increase in staff. The new space will be 30,000 sq ft — 10,000 sq ft more than before — and represents a £1.5 million investment in our future.

Meanwhile, our Coventry office is also growing. They've acquired an adjacent building to expand warehouse and office space, supporting the rapid growth of the Midlands region. This new space will house three of our businesses and create more job opportunities. Look out for exciting new product launches in 2014!
