Once the system reaches the set point, activate the circulation switch to start normal operation. Always check the liquid level before turning on the power to avoid damaging the heater.
For optimal performance, select the appropriate liquid medium based on the working temperature. For temperatures between 5°C and 85°C, water is typically used. At higher temperatures (85–95°C), a 15% glycerin solution is recommended. When the temperature exceeds 95°C, oil is preferred, and the flash point of the selected oil should be at least 50°C higher than the operating temperature to ensure safety.
