Green environmental protection: The environmental performance of UV metal ink is its excellent quality, because there is no volatile matter in UV ink, which solves the problem of residual solvents, so many companies in Europe have chosen this kind of product. Ink. In particular, UV metal inks are brighter and brighter than conventional inks after they have been coated with glazing oil.

Simple operation: The machine needs to be modified after using UV ink. After the renovation, the operation is more concise and does not require too much staffing. Ordinary printers require five people to operate. After using UV metal ink, two or three people are more than sufficient.

Of course, the use of UV metal inks also has its drawbacks, such as the need for adjustment of the machine. However, since the cost of ink is only about 2% of the total cost in the printing of iron products, even a doubled price of ink does not have much impact on the overall cost.
