Instructions

1. Remove the porous sampling head, place the culture dish with a diameter of Φ90mm on the culture dish holder, adjust the culture dish to a basic level, and adjust the positioning rod so that the alignment line on the positioning rod is in the same state as the culture medium. 2. Turn on the power switch, the display screen displays the last sampling data and sampling time. Press the up or down button to view the historical data in the memory. Press the “Stop” button to enter the sampling preparation state. The current date and time, the sampled value shows zero.

3. Remove the “protective cover”.

4. Press the “Sampling” button to enter the sampling state, and start the sampling pump and counter according to the delay time. At this time, the sampling amount is gradually increased until it is equal to the set sampling amount, automatically stop counting, turn off the sampling pump, and the current sampling amount. And the date time is saved in the internal memory.

5. Press the “Stop” button in the sampling operation state to terminate the sampling operation, turn off the sampling pump, stop the accumulation of sampling amount, and press the “Stop” button again to clear the current display and enter the sampling preparation state.

Set as follows:

(1) Sampling amount setting: Press the up and down keys in this state to adjust the sampling amount. (2) Sampling delay time setting: Press the up and down keys in this state to adjust the sampling delay time.
