Offset clutch overhaul method

Our factory introduced the MOZ-S four-color two-color Heidelberg offset press in 1986 with a specification of 480mm x 650mm. Due to the long service life, the overrunning clutch of the ink fountain part often fails during the printing process and the ink cannot be supplied normally. After the machine was overhauled by Guangzhou Chuanghao Co., Ltd., our factory dismantled the replaced old overrunning clutch. After analysis, it was learned that the outer diameter of the sleeve with the keyway and the long-term mechanical friction movement of the needle bearing caused Bush wear, there is a large gap between each other, it can not run normal ink supply. For this reason, our factory adopts electroplating to increase the outer diameter of the sleeve and the sanding method of the lathe, and only spends 1 Canadian dollars on the electroplating processing cost, so that the scrapped overrunning clutch is repaired. Rehabilitation is simple, inexpensive, and practical. The repair method is described as follows:
(1) Remove the overrunning clutch sleeve with the key ring. Remove the sleeve carefully.
(2) The worn sleeve with an outer diameter of φ34.9 mm is sent to an electroplating factory for removal of oil stains, silver plating, and chrome plating. The outer diameter of the chrome-plated bushing is increased by φ35.1mm. Because the cylindricity of the sleeve after chrome plating does not meet the requirements of use, it is necessary to sand the balance on the lathe with sandpaper.
(3) The chrome-plated φ35.1mm bushing is clamped on the C618 lathe, and the outer diameter of the bushing is polished to φ(35 +0.02, +0.03) mm with a 100-mesh water-abrasive paper, and the roughness Ra is set to 1.6 μm. , with needle roller bearings.
(4) Finally, the shaft sleeve and the retaining ring are installed according to the original assembly method, and the ideal overrunning clutch is obtained, and the installed machine is used...
The above repair method is applicable to the MOZ-S type 4-on-two-color Heidelberg offset press, and the same type of 102V four-color machine and 102F five-color machine's overrunning clutch can also be used as references.
