Paper Feeder Unstable Troubleshooting

For some time, our factory introduced the Japanese Akiyama Bestech 40 Offset Offset in 1994. The paper transported by the feeder was unstable, and the time for the paper to reach the front gauge was slow, which seriously affected the normal use of the printer.

From the point of view of the speed at which the paper reaches the front gauge, it seems that a certain part of the paper feeder has “sloshed”, causing the paper feeding process to be unstable, but there are several places. After the law of the parts of the gold movement, the failure still exists, especially after the speed exceeds 7000. After careful inspection, I found that the paper feeding nozzle was halfway through the paper; the front two press rollers had been pressed down. The paper is spliced, because the speed of the line of motion after the take-up roller receives the paper is inconsistent with the movement of the paper feeding nozzle, causing the paper to pause instantaneously. Since the type of the paper feeding machine is a variable-speed feed, the paper pause phenomenon is difficult to find. This phenomenon, I and the captain of the machine to loosen the control of the paper take-up cam cam screw, hand drive the paper feeder, so that the paper feed nozzle to convey the paper, in the inhalation, adjust the cam angle, so that The paper pressure roller drops down and presses the paper, and then adjusts the time until the paper reaches the front gauge.After the above adjustments, the machine operates normally.

In the normal printing, the speed of the paper is more than 10,000 sheets, and the conveyance of the paper is still very smooth. The transfer of the paper feeding nozzle and the paper receiving pressure roller is the first time during the multiple paper transfer of the offset printing machine. Although this is less strict than the transfer of the paper at the regular position, if the paper receiving pressure roller and the paper feeding nozzle The delivery time is not accurate, and it is difficult for the paper to be conveyed smoothly to the front gauge.
