The "Qianlong Yujiu" box printed by our company won the Gold Award in the 12th Gold Medal Award in the Henghui Cup in 2005. Now, the design of the wine box is taken as an example for analysis.

The brand of wine is "Qianlong imperial liquor," and the description also states that "Qianlong imperial liquor - China's royal health wine, Qianlong imperial liquor is the best in the Qing Dynasty wine ...". Therefore, this wine box embodies the theme of the royal treasures of wine, using yellow as the main color (the emperors of ancient Chinese clothes are embodied in yellow robes), the main body is also reflected in the shape and color of the Palace of the Palace plaque, classical patterns The dark gold border, Beijing Jingtai blue ground, the eye-catching "Qianlong imperial wine" four-word glittering, the back of Emperor Qianlong Royal Group's "very good, foot life is also" dazzling, box surface yellow tone with looming visible Shadow of "dragon" pattern. The base of the dark golden dragon, the color patchwork, but also inseparable from the overall tone of the yellow tone, the feeling of the entire classical court will come out.

The comprehensive application techniques of offset printing, screen printing and embossing are the key to express the creativity and characteristics of packaging and decorating printed matter. “Qianlong Yujiu” box printing technology, how do we use offset printing, screen printing, embossing, etc. to comprehensively use, interlace and superimpose, and a good expression of the theme of the wine itself, the creativity and characteristics?

The first thing to consider is that the subject color, yellow, must be expressed distinctively, especially the feeling of the ancient emperor Huanglongpao, which shows a sense of silk. Therefore, we chose 250g silver cardboard as the substrate. The first procedure was to print with 70% screen printing yellow and 30% screen printing white.

The second procedure is to use Pan-Gold Pearl Powder 70% Gardish Flash Gold 30% mixed and adjusted to varnish, still printing with yellow screen printing plate in the same version, after the middle yellow dry, print in the same position, so that the main Yellow produces a satin and sparkling effect.

The third is the screen printing white, that is, the white background of the Samurai logo, the bar code on the white background and so on.

The fourth lane is four-color offset printing, namely the Samurai logo, plaque frame, and four black explanatory texts.

The fifth is screen printing special red, that is, bold text including the top of the box "The Emperor's treasure" seal.

The sixth is screen printing special blue, imitating the blue base of the Forbidden City plaque. The seventh lane is covered with polyester film.

The eighth is the pattern printed on the blue plaque with a UV refraction pattern, including the border “dragon”. The "Dragon" pattern on the yellow bottom flashes.

The ninth is the theme word, trademark (samurai), including the top of the box, "the emperor's treasure" and other pressure convex.

The tenth pass is die-cutting, so that the entire box labeling process is completed.

To sum up, the processing color sequence is: screen printing special yellow → screen printing flash → screen printing white → offset four colors → screen printing red → screen printing special blue → cover polyester film → screen printing UV refraction → embossing → die cutting A total of 10 processes.
