Troubleshooting two cases of J4103 machine failure

The J4103 printing press produced by the Hunan Printing Machinery Plant used by our factory has had two failures:

Fault one: In the design of this machine, there is a pressure linkage switch, that is, it is not necessary to press the press button, and it can automatically clutch pressure. When the fault occurs, open the paper feed switch, and the paper will not automatically reach the place where the pressure photoelectric detector is reached. After the combined press printing, it encounters an empty sheet or an arrogant sheet and cannot automatically separate from the pressure, so that the machine can play an empty car. Only turn the linkage switch off, wait for the paper to reach the front gauge and turn it on again. When it is empty or open, only the tractor stops pressing the switch. If you do not pay attention to empty sheets or arrogant sheets, you can't stop the feeder until it can make the machine empty or break the paper, which will greatly increase the rejection rate.

Solution: We first examined the photodetector and found that the joint was broken and replaced with a new one. The problem remains unresolved. At this time we consider that it may be a problem on the circuit board. After checking the console, the connectors and switches of various lines are all in good condition. When checking the line of control papers sooner or later, through the use of a multimeter, three silicon diodes have been found to be inoperative. After checking the circuit diagram, these three diodes are connected. The role of pressure linkage, put on a new one, the problem has been solved.

Fault 2: After the paper feeder nozzle of the feeder reaches the paper, it does not press the normal continuous paper feed to the paper feed roller, but it must be sucked twice to send the paper to the paper feed roller.

Solution: At the beginning, we thought that it was a paper stoppage problem, and repeated adjustments would not work. Afterwards, we adjusted the time for paper feeding and could not solve the problem. Finally, we determined that there might be problems inside Feida. Open the cover and pass the hand plate and find that the cam of the paper-feeding nozzle is not synchronized with the main shaft so that the paper-feeding nozzle does not deliver the best position. So he hit the pin out with a hammer, only to find that the pin had broken into two sections. We replaced the pin after the test machine, normal paper feeding.
