1. Plate exposure parameter correction

2. Determination of process conditions for preheating work area

First, the development temperature was set at 24.10° C., the development time was 30 s, and the pre-bake time was set at 1 min. After the exposure, the plate was changed to a different pre-bake temperature and pre-baked and then processed. The pre-baking temperature was determined on the premise that the imaged area had no loss of large density in the image area, no small dot was lost, and no image area was clean without leaving a bottom. Huaguang TN thermal CTP plate pre-bake temperature is best controlled at 130-140 °C. In practice, the pre-baking temperature should be as high as possible, which is conducive to improving the printing performance of the plate, especially the resistance to printing force.

3. Determination of Process Parameters in Developing Work Area

Pre-baking temperature is determined under the premise of maintaining pre-baking time 1min, using Huaguang TND developer development, the development temperature of 24 + l °C, the exposed and pre-baked version of the development process, in the imaging There is no loss of large density in the area of ​​the image on the plate, no loss of small dots; no image area is clean without leaving the bottom of the principle, to determine the development time. The development time should be as short as possible, which is conducive to improving the printing performance of the printing plate, especially the printing force and ink resistance.

4. Plate post-processing

After the qualified printing plate is made, it is necessary to apply a protective layer on the surface of the plate, and it is best to use the special protective layer of Huaguang Thermal Protection. But be careful that the protective glue must not be too thick, thin and even. If the layout is dirty, use Huaguang Jie Ban paste to remove dirt.

If you want to make a high-quality, high-volume printing plate, in the processing version should follow the principle of high temperature preheating, low-temperature rapid development. The prepared plate can be stored under yellow light. Be careful not to direct sunlight in the sun, so as not to affect the printability of the printing plate. If you have a large amount of ink, or use UV ink, it should be baked at a temperature of 200-220°C for 5-10 minutes and then used again.
