The Schmalbachlubeca company in the United States produces PET/N/PET 3-layer beer bottles. The bottle cap is a Japanese aluminum crown crown attached to Growncork Co., Ltd. With a cover weight of only 25g, it can maintain beer shelf life of 6 months. PET bottles with PET/EVOH/PET3 layer structure and PET bottles with 3-layer structure using a deoxidizing material as a shielding layer have also been developed.
