Environmentally-friendly and energy-saving chloro-paraffin double-closed circulation production process successfully developed

A new environmentally friendly and energy-saving double closed-circuit recycling process for the production of chlorinated paraffin wax was recently successfully developed at Hebei Hengshui Hongye Chlorinous Wax Testing Plant and was formally applied to production.
At present, China's chemical industry uses a wide range of chlorinated paraffin products, because of its long production cycle, easy to pollute, and high energy consumption, poor quality and other reasons for the production of the company to bring a lot of difficulties. Has been engaged in the development and production of chlorinated wax Hebei Hengshui Hongye chlorine wax pilot plant, under the guidance of senior engineer Wang Min, research and development of environmental protection and energy-saving chlorine wax double closed-loop production of new technology. The process has the obvious features of environmental protection, energy saving, and good product quality. Its main process changed the original production process, adopted a double closed loop function, designed the past reaction absorption process through a special process, eliminated the polluting gas in the process, and fundamentally eliminated residual chlorine and exhaust emissions. At the same time, according to the principle of producing exothermic reaction of chlorine wax, the boiler steam was eliminated, and there was no "three wastes" standard in production, and the purpose of shortening the reaction cycle of the product and increasing the acceptance rate and quality of the product was achieved. The production cycle has dropped from the past 17 hours to the current 6 hours, not only greatly saving chlorine, but also increasing the quality of hydrochloric acid as a by-product. The chlorinated paraffin products produced through this process are increased by 25%, the plasticity of the products is increased by 10%, the acid value is reduced to below 0.01%, and the technical indicators rank at the advanced level in the domestic industry. The products have been successively used in the production of plastics, rubber, paints and insulation materials, and have been well received by users. At present, the new production technology has passed the acceptance and testing of provincial and municipal environmental protection, chemical and other departments, and has a very good promotion prospects and high economic and social benefits.
