New rubber floor tiles

China is a big rubber country with annual consumption of about 2 million tons of rubber, ranking second in the world. The amount of waste rubber produced in China is about 1.2 million tons per year, while the production of used tires for retreading and reclaimed rubber is only over 500,000 tons, and a large number of waste rubber products are wasted, seriously polluting the environment. In order to improve this situation, China is studying various measures.
A new type of environmentally friendly high-tech technology—color-elastic rubber floor tile production technology, was successfully developed by a new technology development company in Beijing in September 2003, and has received extensive attention from all walks of life.
It is understood that this technology is the use of special techniques and technical means to smash scrap rubber products, and then use special techniques to blend special materials and other direct production of color elastic rubber tiles. There is no discharge of waste water, waste gas, and waste residue during the entire production process, and no pollution is generated. The color elastic rubber floor tiles produced by this technology are composed of two layers of materials with different densities. The colored surface layer is made of fine rubber powder and colored by a special process, and the bottom layer is made of coarse rubber powder or rubber particles or rubber threads. This floor tile overcomes the shortcomings of various hard floor tiles, allowing the user to feel comfortable and relax when walking and exercising. Its greatest feature is anti-skid, shock absorption, wear resistance, anti-static, non-reflective, water-resistant and fire-resistant, weather resistance, anti-aging, long life and so on. According to experts, the color-elastic rubber floor tiles produced using this technology, because of their unique technology, do not contain lead and mercury, which are harmful to the human body, compared with similar products at home and abroad. In general, foreign-made 30,000 square meters of color elastic rubber tiles, its equipment investment in more than 1 million yuan, and the use of this technology, equipment investment is still less than 100,000 yuan, it is suitable for promotion in China's urban and rural areas and developing countries.
