Liquefaction of wood waste can replace plastic

Four companies, such as Hitachi, Japan, cooperated with the Ibaraki Prefectural Industrial Technology Center in Japan to study the technology of liquefying woody waste discharged from a residential construction site to produce resins, and to use resins made from such materials as plastics. Substitutes for the production of electronic components and cushioning materials.
In previous studies, the problem of easy solidification of liquefied wood was a practical obstacle. However, the researchers found that the ozone blowing into the crushed wood powder can solve the problem of solidification of liquefied wood, and the proportion of waste wood in liquefied wood is increased from the original 20% (solvent 80%) to 50%.
According to reports, the four companies will cooperate with the Ibaraki Prefecture Industrial Technology Center to promote the development of this product and develop a small liquefaction plant.
