Gradient media are available, such as Soucrose, CsCl, NaCl, Glycerol, Ficoll, etc.
Take the density gradient of 5% -20% sucrose solution as an example: just add 5% and 20% of the maximum and minimum concentration solutions to the centrifuge tube in 1: 1 volume; put it into the gradient preparator and select the corresponding program to rotate and centrifuge. To obtain a completely linear density gradient, the fastest can be completed 6 / min.

The automatic density gradient separation and collection system adopts a patented trumpet-shaped suction head to suck the sample strip layer by layer under the drive of the motor, which effectively reduces the disturbance and strip confusion generated during the sample separation process, without dispersing laminar flow and tailing. .
The motor control speed is 0.2-6.5mm / sec, the resolution can reach 10um, so that the separation accuracy can reach 99%, and the repeatability is 0.01mm.
With automatic cleaning function, the pipeline can be automatically set or manually cleaned and dried to effectively avoid cross-contamination.
The software system connects the instrument to the computer, displays the sample collection process in real time, and draws the UV absorption spectrum. All the data has been excel output for easy data analysis.
