Analysis on the trouble of sticking paper to the blanket of four-color offset printing machine
1. First of all, confirm which color group of stickers, whether there are any rules to follow.
2. If it is a single color group, see if the position is fixed. If the fixation is mostly due to the wear of the impression cylinder or the post-roller roller (or dental pad), the weak bite paper or the rust of the brace causes dead teeth. The other reason is that the handover time of the paper is too long during the transfer process, and the paper is caused by tearing.
Solution: Increase the pressure of the dental tablets; move the lubricating braces; replace the dental pads; recalibrate the handover time according to the standard requirements.
3. If several color groups have different degrees of sticky paper (especially the third and fourth color groups), and the position is not fixed, most of them are caused by poor paper feed (most of the paper is not in place); Or the positioning and handover time is too short; another place is that there is a runaway phenomenon when the paper delivery row and the drum handover paper;
Solution: Recalibrate the feed timing of Feida, and ensure that the time of the flap and the paper twisting wheel are also accurate; confirm the positioning device and the delivery row of the paper, when the paper arrives at the front rule, and when does the rule move There are strict degree restrictions on when to pick the paper and when to hand over the paper.
4. If it is only the fourth group of rubber cloth sticky paper, most of them are caused by the loss of the teeth collection pads, resulting in weak teeth; in addition, the position (or time) of the collection teeth row and the imprinting four is incorrect cause.
Solution: Check and level the gripping force of the take-up row; confirm the delivery time of the take-up row and the stamping four.
