Bagging system
FAS SPrint SidePouch Bagging System is designed with ergonomic principles to provide a powerful guarantee for improving the production efficiency of food packaging processes that need to be cleaned daily. The system can be used for manual loading or automatic operation at high speeds up to 120 packs per minute. The loading speed can be adjusted for one or more operators, and the foot switch can be used for the guidance of single-cycle bags. Conveyor belts deliver pre-opened bags so that they can be loaded and loaded immediately in a 60-inch wide loading area. The conveyor then transports the bags through an automated bagging station. Immediately afterwards, the bags are distributed to unloading conveyors or bulk-packed. There are 50 operating modes stored in the AutoTouch Control Screen.
