Rapidbox's new independent round press die cutting machine

Now, the customers need die-cutting machines to produce small and medium-sized cartonboards of various cardboard-grade large-size paperboards. The speed requirements are close to those of conventional longitudinal slotting/die-cutting machines, and the price is reasonable.

Based on the above market demand, coupled with good communication and consultation with customers, and based on fully understanding customer needs and listening to customers' opinions, BOBST launched the new independent round-bore circular die-cutting machine from Rapidbox. Rapidbox transverse die-cutting machine, in the cardboard transfer process, the die-cutting tool can reach the exact position, die-cutting the cardboard, and changing the die-cutting process that can be performed after waiting for the cardboard fixed position in the past. This new process principle maximizes the board cutting speed. Various tools are accurately mounted and fixed to the die-cutting cylinder by a servo-driven motor. Rapidbox, together with additional automatic feeders, printing presses and discharge stackers, offers one-stop production services to board manufacturers.

Of course, the success of Rapidbox's "birth" is also inseparable from BOBST's advanced technologies, such as servo-driven brushless motors, networking capabilities and computer systems. Rapidbox is a "three in one" new type of horizontal die-cutting equipment (integrating slitting - indentation, grooving and die cutting). The ergonomic concept of compression design gives Rapidbox the ease of operation. Rapidbox's die-cut paperboard size can be up to 2800×10000mm, suitable for processing various sizes and various shapes of cardboard. The maximum production speed is 1000 sheets/hour, and it has multi-level cardboard cutting function. Rapidbox also enables quick start-up and high production speeds if it is produced in conjunction with a feeder RapidPrint press and RapidStack stacking.
