For example, after the ink is transferred from the printing plate to the surface of the paper, some of the ink in the ink penetrates into the fibers of the paper. At the same time, the solvent in the ink starts to evaporate, and the binder on the surface of the paper begins to undergo chemical and physical reactions. The viscosity and hardness of the surface ink film are continuously increased, and the drying process is finally completed to form a solid film layer. In this process, there is the chemical action of the oxidized conjunctiva and physical effects such as infiltration and volatilization. However, due to the different types of binders and formulas in the ink, the ink is also dominated by a dry form to complete its drying process. Different printing methods must choose different ink types to suit different types of printing plates and substrates.
