Apple branch KP-AQ pulping

A laboratory study was conducted on KP-AQ pulping of apple tree sparse branches. The test results are as follows:
(1) Apple branches are difficult to peel, and they are hard and structurally compact. When preparing stocks, they must be flattened and crushed. This work is best done on the newly cut branches.
(2) Apple branches can be used to make machine pulp. Cook first and then refine. The optimum conditions for the KP-AQ method for cooking are: Alkali amount: 16% (calculated as Na20) Sulfidity: 20% AQ Dosage: 0.1% Maximum temperature: 1700C, Insulation: 2.5h, Liquid ratio: 1 :4.
(3) The apple stalk pulp can be bleached with common CEH three stages and can be used as bleached pulp. With 7% chlorine, whiteness can reach 70%.
(4) The degree of pulping of apple tree pulp rose rapidly. Light knife should be used to ease, can not be heavy knife, not a long time beating, saving time and energy.
(5) According to different needs, it can be made into semi-chemical pulp, with straw pulp and waste paper to produce boxboard. Helps to improve the boxboard's folding resistance and stiffness.
(6) As a new type of raw material, it can be used instead of hardwood pulp for copying cultural paper, which provides a good way for the rational use of resources.
