Mechanical Analysis of Plastic Packaging Machinery and Its Guide Columns

Wu Yuying Teng Jianxin Department of Industrial Equipment and Control Engineering, South China University of Technology, has briefly introduced the structure and scope of use of plastic processing machinery commonly used in packaging engineering, such as hydraulic presses, blow molding machines, and injection molding machines. The force of the main part of the guide column was analyzed, and the formula for checking the strength was listed. The reasons for the breakage of the guide column during use and the remediation methods were analyzed.
