High barrier film developed successfully

Yunmeng County, Hubei Province Yunbao Meng Plastic Film Factory successfully developed a vacuum plating SiOx high barrier film. It can be used in fat food, frozen food, beverage medicine and health, chemical reagents, daily chemicals and other fields.
The new high-barrier packaging film is based on plasma chemical vapor deposition technology. It is heated by a laser electron beam gun, SiOx is made into a rod-like continuous feed, and then SiOx is finally coated on the surface of the film. The technology solves the problem that SiOx cannot be continuously fed as an evaporation source, and the problem of high temperature and high vacuum coating is required. The coating thickness is only several tens of nanometers, which greatly improves the flexibility of the film and the binding force between the coating and the substrate material. Experts believe that the product has excellent barrier properties, resistance to cooking, has good microwave permeability, and is easy to recycle. At the same time, it is also resistant to heat, cracks, folding, and chemicals.
