High-grade wine bottles developed successfully in Qingdao

Qingdao Jinghua Glass Factory has successfully developed high-end dry leaves of yellow Chardonnay and enamel silk bottles. This product won the second prize of scientific and technological progress in Qingdao in 1998 and was listed as a national key new product. The project tackled the technical key to replace the material color and material color stability, and successfully applied the blow-blow method (B&B) molding process.
The bottle's development has introduced world-class technology and equipment, using new parallel shear technology, vertical cooling technology and the most advanced T600II computer control system, as well as cold and hot end coating technology on the bottle surface.
The results of the batch product were confirmed by the use of the winery. Qingdao Huadong Grape Wine Company replaced the imported French product with this product, and its technical level reached the domestic leading level.
